Ravindran Kothandapani

Ravindran Kothandapani has more than 27 years experience in consultancy, process driven efficiency, training and overall business growth and improvement. He has sailed as an officer on tankers, container and bulk vessels plying US, Far East, Australia and Europe. At shore, he has held management and consultancy positions with various Multinational and International corporations, particularly at Northport Malaysia, Malaysia International Shipping Corporation, German International Corporation, etc. He was involved in terminal planning and implementation in project, process and procedural  improvements within these large organizations.

He was the Northport HSE Manager, MISC Emergency Manager and has conducted training and port consultancy in the ASEAN region in particular Myanmar, Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines. He is an auditor for ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 45001 Safety Management System, ISO 31000 Risk Management and EMS 14000 Environment Management System. He is an authorized trainer for International Maritime Dangerous Goods registered with Marine Department Malaysia and registered trainer with HRD Corp Malaysia. He was a registered Green Book Safety Officer with Department of Occupational Safety and Health.

Dr Shoba Gunarasa

Dr Shoba Gunarasa has 18 years’ corporate experience in business development unit, focusing on corporate business development in Malaysia. She has held the Accounts Manager position,  handling FMCG business operations and was directly involved in operations and human resource capacity development.  As part of these management roles, she developed a passion for training, growing and developing people. With this  passion and commitment, she formed her own training and consultancy company. She was also the research assistance at Lincoln University, in New Zealand, where she researched on policies relating to Environment Law. She started  lecturing in 2003 with University of Tasmania, and Monash University, both in Australia and now she is focusing on  teaching UK  MBA programs. She was also awarded the best lecturer in 2015 and 2016. She is committed to training, nurturing and developing people to their full potential.
